In 1993, former Salisbury University student Joanne Feustel collected folk material surrounding the family traditions on Easter. The folkgroup of interest was her own family. In her paper, she provides a background information about her family and recounts the traditions observed during Easter (and their meaning) such as the wearing of new clothes and the dying of Easter eggs.
